FAQs & Solutions

No Syrup:

Is BIB or syrup box empty? Replace the BIB.
Check BIB connectors. Clean/re-install connector.
Check syrup regulator pressure. Adjust the pressure.

No Carbonated Water/Flat Drink:

Is the carbonator plugged in? Plug it back in.
Check CO2 pressure regulator. Adjust the pressure
IS the CO2 cylinder empty? Replace the cylinder when in gauge is in red
Check drink temperature. Should be 40 F or less (without ice)
Foaming Product:
Is the drink too warm? Should be 40 F or less (without ice)
Check water & syrup pressure. Adjust the regulator.
Check the water & valves for dirt or syrup build up. Clean nozzles in warm water.
Drink too Warm:
Is the ice bin full? Tap down ice & fill.
Is the electric power supplied to dispenser? Turn unit on and test outlet.
Is there anything obstructing the air flow at the electrical dispenser? Remove any objects restricting air flow
The Drink Does Not Taste Right:
Identify if it is just one or all of them. Check Ratio of water to syrup.
Is the correct BIB feeding the correct product? Reconnect the BIB Connector.
Syrup/CO2 Leaks:
Are the liquid and gas sockets properly connected on the syrup tanks? Reconnect Properly
Tighten or reconnect fittings at regulator or BIB connector. If unable to stop leak locate the location of the leak & call Double J Beverage.
